I am a fully qualified, experienced and insured Yoga Instructor.

I completed an 18 month training with Yoga Campus in Arpril 2013 and have completed over 500 hours of training in total.  I have an up to date DBS check which enables me to work with young or vulnerable people.

Since discovering yoga in 1999, I've found my practice to be an incredibly powerful tool for support and positive transformation in my life.  I've practiced in various styles and traditions including Iyengar, Sivananda, Well Woman Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra and I draw on these different traditions and practices in my classes.  I also enjoy a regular Bhakti Yoga Practice in the form of Kirtan.

In addition to my teacher training certificate, I have completed Module 1 of Yoga Therapy Training with Yoga United Education; Yin Yoga with Norman Blair; Total Yoga Nidra Teacher & Facilitator training with the Yoga Nidra Network; Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Teaching and Well Women Yoga Therapy (Womb Yoga) Teacher Training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli; Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater and Teen Yoga with Teen Yoga UK.

I am grateful to be able to continue to learn with my main teachers Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, and to have the opportunity to co-teach on Uma's Well Woman Yoga Therapy Training and the Yoga Nidra Network's Total Yoga Nidra Immersion Experience and to assist on Uma's Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training.

I am an Environmenstrual Ambassador for the Women's Environmental Network  and can offer free workshops to raise awareness of hidden plastic and chemicals in conventional menstrual products and promotes reusable and organic options. Contact me for more details.

I am also a Red Tent Facilitator.

I am currently undertaking an apprenticeship in Celtic Shamanism.

I was proud to manage the Yoni Shakti:  The Movement Campaign in April 2020 to Eradicate the Abuse of Women in Yoga and Reclaim Yoga as a Tool for Planetary Healing and I continue to fully support this campaign.
