Conscious Self-Care For Planetary Healing, by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Cecilia Allon.  Kindred Spirit Magazine, March/April 2021

Environmenstrual week 2020, an article by Cecilia Allon and Uma Dinsore-Tuli.  Healthy Living London, October 2020.

I am honoured to be an Enviromenstrual Ambassador for the WEN (Women’s Environmental Network)’s Environmenstrual Campaign.

I offer live or online, sustainable menstruation workshops to schools, universities, organisations and community groups.

Please do get in touch if a group in your community would benefit from an educational workshop exploring the social, environmental, and health impacts of menstruation.

Environmenstrual workshops enable participants to have access to all the information they need to make informed choices about which menstrual products to use. We explore the pros and cons of disposable and reusable menstrual products and build period confidence with our interactive #PeriodAction activities. Participants will begin to think critically about the environmental and health impacts of menstrual products, and break down the period taboo.

Workshops are tailored for year 6, age 10 up.
